Are all your pieces handmade?
Yes! Every piece is handmade by me, start to finish—formed, glazed, and fired in small batches. That means no two are exactly alike, and that’s part of the magic.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! I love working on custom pieces. If you have something in mind, feel free to reach out through the form below or message me on Instagram.
What if something is sold out? Will it be restocked?
Maybe! I make pieces in small batches, and each drop features different colors and/or designs. If there’s something specific you’re looking for, feel free to reach out—I should be able to recreate it as a custom order. All prices will be the same, but wait times will vary.
Can I order a set of a particular design?
Absolutely. Whether you're looking for matching mugs, a dinner set, or something special for your space, just fill out the form below or get in touch via social media and we’ll make it happen.
Are your pieces food safe?
Yes! All functional pieces (mugs, plates, etc.) are made with food-safe clay and glazes.
Can I put my mug in the microwave or dishwasher?
You can, but hand washing is recommended to extend the life of your piece. Each piece is Microwave safe but I recommend avoiding sudden temperature changes (like from fridge to microwave).
When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship within 3–7 business days for pieces readily avaliable in the shop. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as it’s on the way!
What if my item arrives broken?
If your piece arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. I’ll either replace it if possible or issue a refund. Please note that I’m not able to refund the original shipping costs.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. I want you to love your pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Please send me a quick note at ticomakes@gmail.com before shipping anything back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Pieces must be unused, in their original condition, and packed with care.
Because pottery is fragile, I cannot offer refunds on items that arrive broken during the return process, so please ensure packing is tight and there is 1-2”of clearance on each side of each individual item.
If your order arrives to you damaged from shipping, please email me within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right together.
Do you offer local pickup?
I don’t offer local pickup at this time, but I do offer local delivery in Lehi, UT for a $3 fee. Just select the delivery option at checkout if you're eligible!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—U.S. orders over $250 ship free, automatically applied at checkout. This offer applies to combined items in a single order and excludes custom orders. Available for domestic shipping only.
Do you offer international shipping?
I currently ship within the U.S., Canada, and Australia! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on weights estimated from USPS — so yes, it can be a little pricey, but it’s the most accurate way to get your pottery safely across borders.
For international orders with multiple items, shipping is calculated based on estimated package weight. If there’s a significant difference in cost, I’ll be in touch before your order ships!
Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may apply once your package crosses the border. These charges are set by your country and are out of my control.
